6 oz fresh raw carrot juice
2 celery sticks
medium beet
small piece of onion
1/3 clove of garlic
small handful of parsley chopped up
4 green leafs of lettuce
1 medium size slice of raw ginger root (optional)

Directions:
Add the above ingredients to your juicer.
